I got to witness my best friends arrival of her 4th, 3rd boy. Â They did not know that they were having a boy, love surprises! Â I love photographing births, it’s such an incredible experience. Â My heart was racing the whole time, I got there around midnight and baby arrived at 8:48am. Â We were shocked he waited so long, he was being stubborn like his mommy or auntie.
Doesn’t she look STUNNING?!
I live 5 minutes from the hospital, around 7am I went home-she was only at 5cm-and got my oldest off to school. Â We were down to one car so my mom was dropping me off at the hospital, we were going to get Daddy breakfast before I got back, but then momma texted me and said she was at 7cm and was getting ready-when you’ve had 3 babies already, you just know. Â So my mom quickly dropped me off and then went and got Daddy breakfast and brought it back, within 10 minutes of her dropping it off, baby came, so daddy enjoyed a cold breakfast-normal thing with 4 kids.
I did not get any pictures of the cord cutting, because I got to cut the cord! Â It was crazy to be on the other side. Â Such a privilege to be able to do that.
This ladies, is the BEST doctor on the PLANET! Â He has delivered TWO of my babies and wish he delivered my first! Â HANDS DOWN the BEST EVER! Â He cares SOOOOOOOOOOO much about his patients and takes the extra time to make sure you are comfortable and are calm through your whole pregnancy.
