S is a 2012 Senior from Hampshire High School. She came out to a private location and brought her mom and boyfriend with her. They definitely helped her loosen up and made her feel more comfortable in front of the camera. *I always encourage seniors to bring along a parent and/or friend with them, they can always help them laugh and smile more.* It was hard to get her NOT to smile the whole time. She was such a sweet girl with such a great smile I couldn’t really snap a lot of a serious look. I took a couple pictures of her with her boyfriend as well as Mom-Moms, I’m telling you if you come along you’re getting in a picture!
One of my favorite families! Â This is the fourth (here & here) time I have photographed them. Â They seriously keep getting cuter and blonder everytime I see them. Â The kids have grown so much. Â I snuck a few pictures of mom and dad in as well, it’s SO great seeing couples still in love after so many years together and so many kids :O) Â Dad is a great singer and music is a part of their family so I wanted to include it in their pictures, so I had dad bring is guitar with them. Â I really enjoy photographing this family, they are just so much fun and by the end the kids want me to keep taking their pictures.
Here is a picture of S, the one on the left is from Sept. 2008, while the one on the right is from tonight, Sept. 2011. Â How children can change SO much in 3 years. Â It amazes me how fast they can change and how they grow and mature. Â But they still have their sweet smile.
I had the pleasure of photographing my friend’s birth. Births are such an AMAZING experience! I feel so blessed to be apart of them, especially this one since she has become a close friend and also a fellow photographer. Births are like weddings, well kind of, LOL, they have a lot going on once you start them, there’s a lot of emotion to capture. They are so wonderful and truly beautiful. This is my friends 4th little girl. Dad was still hoping it was a boy, he wanted to see it to believe it. Mom literally pushed 3 times and little miss Luna arrived. I feel in love with her hair (as you’ll be able to see, there’s quite a few pictures of her hair)!! She is a cutie!! Little Miss Luna’s big sisters were SO excited to meet her and HOLD her! They were ALL BEAMING when they say her and I chomping at the bit to hold her.
I got the pleasure of photographing little T for his 4th birthday (it was that day)! Â He was a blast! Â He was a great listener and such a smiley little kid! Â He had a lot of fun taking pictures especially with his mom and dad. Â He loved when his dad threw him up in the air! Â That’s all he wanted.
