I love seeing my clients grow.  I was at the birth of this little guy and photographed his newborn pictures as well.  I love seeing how clients have grown, the first year especially to see what kind of little person they are turning into.  This little guy cracks me up, he wouldn’t smile for his mother or myself, but the second his sister came in the room he was a happy boy!  We just did a quick mini session of him.

here was a crack of a smile 🙂PINIMAGE

 “hmm….what shall I do today?”

  • Aslin Fanning - Who is that adorable little boy? I just love him! lol!

I got to photograph A & M in the FREEZING cold!  We were hoping that we were going to have snow on the ground, but we had nothing and we had the coldest day in December to photograph on.  They came up from Quincy, IL to do their engagement shoot.  I will be photographing their wedding in June.  There are such a cute couple, they couldn’t stop smiling and laughing with each other.  Everytime I told them to do a serious look, they only could hold it for a minute, if that, because they were laughing so hard and having so much fun.  They were so sweet together.  I’m excited for their wedding in June!  PINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGEPINIMAGE

  • Amanda B - These pictures are GORGEOUS!!! My baby brother and future sister look so in love 🙂

This momma was in the hospital from Tuesday Nov. 8th-Fri Nov. 11.  Momma was such a good sport about it.  This cutie finally arrived on the morning of 11-11-11, I personally think she wanted to wait for such a cool birthday.  I absolutely LOVE photographing births!  SO grateful to mom and dad for allowing me to be apart of this.  Births are the most amazing thing.  Watching a little baby come in the world and taking their first breath, and watching mom and dad see them for the first time, watching them look eyes and get that connection of “you’re mine, and I already love you more then you can imagine,” is the most unbelievable feeling.  Definitely makes me love my job more and more when I am chosen to be apart of this incredible moment.

I have known this particular senior since he was a little one, one of his older brothers was a year older then me in school. I remember him running around at football games. Crazy how 7 days makes a difference in size. He is a avid hunter and fisher and wanted to incorporate that into his shoot, which I LOVE! I LOVE when seniors bring along things they like doing, that are important to them. It makes the shoot that much more meaningful to them. It’s nice when a guy gets into it as well. I got to do this at a private home in Hampshire, where there’s ponds, fields, and backwoods. This was the BEST weekend to do pictures it was still nice out and the colors had JUST changed colors.
